9. Contracts, Procurement and ClosureIn Project Management: Contracts, Procurement and Closure, you will learn the nature and importance of project contracts and procurement. Project managers must understand such things as contract types and the value of procurement planning because they very often find themselves negotiating with contractors. The course includes a process for soliciting contractors/vendors and it also looks at how contracts may be closed or terminated. Finally, just as contracts are closed, so too are projects themselves.
