The library is a series of best practice publications which has now been adopted by many organisations worldwide and is recognised as the global standard for IT service management.

About Datrix Training

Datrix Training Ltd began life in 2001 as a home based business, and started out with 3 employees delivering courses at clients’ premises. Today their head office is based in a purpose designed training and administration centre in the Leyland, Lancashire and they train over 100 people per week.

Datrix public courses take place at six other sites across the UK: London, Leeds, Sheffield, Manchester, Haydock and Liverpool. In keeping with the same way they started, they still deliver many of their courses at there clients’ sites.
